Leader in On-Demand Talent Management Achieves Significant Milestones in Product Advancement, Global Expansion and Client Services

Santa Monica, CA – December 21, 2006 – Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., the only proven provider of on-demand, integrated talent management software and services for the enterprise, today announced key milestones achieved in 2006.  In addition to record sales and client growth, the Company significantly expanded its staff and operations, both in the U.S. and globally, and introduced several new products and services to maintain its leadership position in talent management.

 

In response to its rapid growth this past year, Cornerstone relocated its headquarters to a state-of-the-art facility and continues to aggressively grow its staff in the U.S.  Additionally, the company has localized its solutions, releasing the product suite in multiple languages, and has begun to staff globally in order to support a growing roster of international clients.

 

Increased demand also led Cornerstone to expand its services capabilities in 2006, launching a world-class consulting program designed to help enterprises better measure and manage returns through improved talent management. Cornerstone also initiated its Insight OnDemand webinar series to share best practices in talent management, demonstrated through customer success stories. In addition, Cornerstone continued to extend its network of partners, including key partnerships with Lominger and WebEx, to augment what is already the largest e-learning content library in the industry.
