CONVERGENCE 2007 Brings Together 125 Clients, Partners and Industry Luminaries to Promote Talent Management Excellence through Shared Experiences and Best Practices

Santa Monica, CA – April 26, 2007 – Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc., the only proven provider of integrated, on-demand talent management solutions and services, today announced its 4th annual client conference, Convergence 2007, will be held from May 2-4, 2007, at the Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica, California. This year’s conference will be the company’s largest to-date with 125 clients as well as partners and industry experts in attendance. Cornerstone is pleased to welcome several industry thought leaders to Convergence 2007, including keynote speakers Josh Bersin, principal and founder of Bersin & Associates, and Dr. Laurie Bassi, CEO and co-founder of McBassi & Company.

Convergence 2007 will feature presentations from several clients and partners including MasterCard, Pitney Bowes, Sequent, TrendMicro, and United Stationers, among others. Attendees will also engage in workshops presented by Dr. Laurie Bassi, a decision science and metrics specialist of McBassi & Co., and Leighanne Levensaler, principal analyst at Bersin & Associates.
