Santa Monica, Calif., September 3, 2008 – More organizations are recognizing the importance of having an integrated talent management strategy.  However, a weaker economic environment and reductions in corporate spending are making it even more imperative for companies to ensure they are seeing a measurable impact on their business and maximizing their investments.  With this in mind, integrated talent management software and services leader Cornerstone OnDemand Inc. today unveiled enhancements to its Consulting Services offerings to further support its clients’ business needs.  This includes expanded consulting offerings via the growth of its internal team of expert consultants, as well as strategic partnerships with world-class service firms. 

 

The enhancements support Cornerstone’s continued success in helping organizations identify opportunities to address business challenges, easily configure Cornerstone’s software to drive additional value, and seamlessly integrate the tailored offering with their existing systems and content.  Cornerstone’s consultants and partners also are available to work with companies post-implementation, offering strategic business services to ensure they receive the optimal return on their investment.

To support growth, Cornerstone has strengthened the consulting group’s leadership.  David Somers, Senior Director of Consulting Services, will lead the group’s effort to build out Cornerstone’s business consulting capabilities via partner channels and the continued development of internal client service offerings.  Additionally, Kevin Schultz, Director of Implementation Services, will focus on continuing to increase the quality and speed of client implementations.  The company also recently hired David Goings as the new Director of Cornerstone’s Technical Consulting team to further streamline the client service experience and reduce implementation times.   

 

To further improve its scalability and meet the demands of its growing customer base, Cornerstone is expanding the depth and breadth of its consulting offerings by forming strategic alliances with category leaders such as business and SaaS technology integration and consulting firms Astadia and Sequent, as well as corporate learning integration and consulting firms such as Intrepid Learning Solutions and RapidLD.
